Shakedown Sail

Rick and Bill had a test sail to be sure that everything was working. We found that the sheet for the storm stays'l was too large to quickly fit through the rope clutches. Everything else checked out well. The new prop shaft has fixed the engine vibration above 2,000RPM. It was a great day of sailing - nice north wind - a good break from our excessive heat in the Washington area this week. All seems to be ready for our Tuesday, June 17 departure from Solomons.
